The founding documents refer to us as the Association. A collection of individuals making up the body of a Common Interest Development know as the R Wild Horse Ranch or commonly, The Ranch. This site is has no direct affiliation with the RWHR, nor does it represent The Ranch it’s Board of Directors, management or employees.

This site was created to make up for some shortcomings. It’s an opportunity for the Owners Association to makes it’s collective voices heard. How well does the Board of Directors know what the Association or owners want? How can they represent us if they don’t have their finger on the pulse of ownership? I have never seen a survey, have you? Not many people have the time to attend board meetings making the Association under represented.

Take the Owners Survey on the appropriately named page found in the navigation bar. It’s detailed. It will probably take about 20 minutes to 30 minutes. The survey will end on the last day to turn in your ballots. Once the survey is closed I will try and put all the data together to send to the Board. If things go well and the survey is well received, I would like to open up access to the site to the RWHR Board of Directors Secretary.

We have a big election coming up, it seems like the future of The RWHR hangs in the balance, but then again doesn’t it always.
